Damian has supported enterprise software brands for over 20 years. Focusing on delivering leadership, commercial and product hires, across North America and EMEA. His earlier days were primarily spent supporting large muti-national software and IT advisory brands, especially within the Retail-Tech and Supply-Chain world. Today he still focuses on ‘big tech’ clients, but equally enjoys supporting earlier stage businesses (often VC and PE funded) and helps founders within start-ups and scale-ups, across a multitude of technology environments.
